KJ Biermann has been accused of having sex with an underage relative in a bombshell, never-before-known revelation from court.

The 15-year-old - who is the son of "Real Housewives of Atlanta" alum Kim Zolciak and retired NFL star Kroy Biermann - appeared in Georgia's Fulton County Superior Court on Friday.

During the hearing, Deputy District Attorney Caitlin McGillicuddy shockingly revealed that investigators previously found videos on KJ's cellphone that allegedly depicted him having penetrative sex with a family member under the age of 12.

He concluded that any suggestion otherwise is "inaccurate and creates a materially misleading impression of how the juvenile matter was ultimately resolved."

In his plea for bond, Sheffield told Leftridge, "This has been so traumatizing to [KJ] personally. He is not a boisterous kid. He is somewhat quiet."

Sheffield asked that his client be released on $65,000 and insisted that Zolciak, 48, would monitor him, as she is at home and not employed at the moment.

McGillicuddy, however, noted that the victim in the sexual battery and sodomy case had suffered "documented physical injury" as a result of the April incident, which she described as "predatory."

McGillicuddy asked that, if granted, bond be set at $190,000.
