No. 6 Oregon, one of the trendy preseason picks to contend for the national championship, suffered a 39-31 loss at unranked Oklahoma State on Saturday at Boone Pickens Stadium, calling into question whether the Ducks can truly be considered contenders.
The loss was particularly surprising given that Oklahoma State lost at Tulsa just a week ago, rolling out an anemic offense in Eric Morris' first game as Cowboys head coach. That wasn't the case on Saturday.
